Do credits expire? +
No. Your word credits never expire. Buy them when it suits you and use them whenever you need.
What does a word credit cost? +
The rate is £6.99 per 2,000 words. A 1,500-word essay costs around £5.24. A 3,000-word report costs around £10.49.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept .docx (Microsoft Word) files and plain pasted text. We do not currently support PDF, Google Docs, or .doc files.
How long does a review take? +
Most reviews complete in 1–3 minutes. Longer documents (5,000+ words) may take up to 5 minutes. You can leave the page and come back — your result will be waiting.
What does the review include? +
Every review includes grammar and spelling corrections, clarity improvements, structural feedback, and alignment checking against your stated objectives — all returned as tracked changes in a Word document with comments explaining each change.
Can I use a promo code? +
Yes. Enter your promo code in the Buy Credits section of your dashboard before checkout. Codes can give a percentage discount, a fixed amount off, or bonus word credits.
Is there a subscription? +
No subscription, no recurring charges, no hidden fees. You buy credits and use them at your own pace. That's it.
What is WordShaper? +
WordShaper is a separate tool that reshapes your text to a precise word count — reducing or expanding while preserving your meaning and style. It uses the same word credits as the review tool.
